Improve your core strength in just 30 days! Throughout the program, we will provide you with insightful information about each of the exercise movements used, which muscle groups are specifically targeted and how this will affect your overall core strength, stability and appearance!
Although specifically designed for individuals with lower back injuries (the flexing from crunches can be risky), everyone will benefit and see results from this Crunch-less Core Challenge!

What to do once the Challenge is complete:
Once you complete your 30-Day Empower Challenge, you will not need to repeat the last day’s work over and over again in order to maintain your core strength. Instead, choose a day 1/2 way through the challenge (day 14) and perform those moves once every two to three days! That’s it!
*Note: Although the video demonstrates this move from an Elbow Plank position, we recommend using a Straight-arm Plank to focus more on contracting the obliques, and less on engaging the shoulders and back
